Challenge 2004: March 9

So far today I've done the ab work, strength training (minus the squats because I'm still getting over the last batch - STILL), and 17.5 minutes on the tredmill at 2.7mph. I like my tredmill mainly because I actually feel the burn in my legs and butt. Outside walking doesn't seem to do anything for me. Plus, if I'm going to keel over and die I can die on my bed rather than a ditch. ,o)
