What has to be accomplished:
- Cardio: 30 min, 3x per wk
- Ab Work: 15 min, 2x per wk
- Strength: 20 min, 2x per wk
I did 15 minutes on the treadmill, and 15 minutes outside for my cardio. I also did 20 squats, 8 oblique crunches per side, and 2 sets of 10 pushups. Instead of jotting this all down on my Phsy. Ed. class sheet I'm going to keep it here and leave the sheet in better quality.
