Fairness is Relative

I noticed in the paper that someone wrote in to the editorial section about refugees getting over $2400 per month in assistance payments while the seniors get less than half of that. My first thought was, 'refugees get $2400 a month for free and I can't move out because I can't make that same amount?' Do you think they'd believe me if I said I was a refugee?
