Perfection?

I heard about a course you can take to teach you the ins and outs of managing an appartment building. Supposedly you can make $2500/month plus half your rent. Where do I sign up?! Wouldn't it be great if I could do that? Think about it... management is normally open only a few hours per day, so I make my hours from 9 to noon or so, take the 1pm, 4pm and 7 pm classes.... tada! I'm sure student loans would cover the rest of my rent, and if need be I'd work weekends or sell something online or some such. That would suit me just fine right now, while hitting the books. Hmm...
