I've begun drinking water as my main beverage. The last few days I've had 4-5 8oz glasses per day. I'm working my way towards the recommended 8 glasses, but I can't seem to drink any more than the 4 or 5 I have been. When I tried for more I felt a little too water-logged ,o)
I'm actually amazed that people can drink so much water. I can understand it when you're working out or on a long walk, but if you're not it seems like you're not getting enough variety in what you drink each day.
