After a few years of university and sitting behind a computer screen most days I've become very out of shape. I signed up for the Cherrios Heart and Stroke Mother Daughter walk (happening September 25th) to get back in shape. I've been walking around Fishtrap Creek almost daily and have already seen an improvement in my endurance. When I've gone around the trails I end up at a covered dock that over looks the water. It's so relaxing to sit on the bench seat and look out at all the trees, lilly pads and wildlife that stop there, too.
